WASHINGTON CHAPTER NEWSLETTER
CORPORATE ADVERTISING RATES AND PROCEDURES

        Corporate Members,                               

You have two opportunities each month to put information about your company's products and services in front of Washington Chapter ASMC members.

We distribute a monthly Newsletter at Chapter Luncheons, as well as posting it on our Chapter web site.  The Newsletter is published every month except December when we have a Holiday Social in place of the monthly luncheon.

Corporate opportunities include (1) a half page article spotlighting a Corporate Membership and (2) Corporate advertising.

CORPORATE SPOTLIGHT.  We will publish half page articles (100 words or so) highlighting corporate members (the company).  Not intended to be an advertisement, but tell members who you are, what you do, size, shape, or function.  Only one Spotlight will be published each month.

NEWSLETTER ADS.  We will continue to accept corporate ads for publication.  Copy (text or graphics) should be in a format compatible with MSWord.  Rates per issue for ads are: $50 per quarter page; $75 per half page; $100 per full page.

Ad size:

Full page:	8.5" x 11"	$100.00
Half Page:	5.5 " x 8.5"	$75.00
Quarter page:	2.75" x 8.5"	$50.00

Send the electronic file of the ad with your preferred invoice information to the Corporate representative.  File must be compatible with MSWord.  JPG, GIF or BMP works best for us.  We need it by one week before the luncheon.

Our Treasurer will invoice you after newsletter is published.
