Joseph F. DoyleMr. Doyle is an accountant for the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Business Integration Office in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller). Primary responsibility is for reporting of execution data for the Recovery Act to OMB and other offices. Other duties include improving data and system standardization throughout the Department. Mr. Doyle has been an accountant within DoD for twentyfour years. He has served as a staff accountant at Naval Air Engineering Center, Lakehurst, NJ for four years and as the director for accounting systems at Naval Weapons Station Earle, Colts Neck, NJ. Prior to his current position, Mr. Doyle was a staff and systems accountant with the Defense Finance and Accounting Service-Cleveland. He duties there included systems development of the Central Data Base which was for monthly DWCF reporting for Navy activities, lead systems accountant for the Standard Accounting and Reporting System – Field Level, a General Fund accounting system, and as the DFAS accounting representative on the Navy Enterprise Resource Projects to develop the Navy’s next accounting system. Mr. Doyle received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Scranton in 1982, a B.S. in Computer Systems Technology from Spring Garden College in 1984, and a Masters in Accounting from Strayer University in 2008.
