Executive Director, JGPO
David Bice was appointed Executive Director, Joint Guam Program Office
in January 2007. In this position, Mr. Bice is responsible for all
planning, integration of the Department of Defense infrastructure
capabilities, master plan development, program and budget
synchronization, construction oversight, government and business
coordination, and strategic communications for the realignment of
military forces to Guam. David Bice retired from the US Marine Corps in
2002. [Bio]
