Mr. Jeffrey Farrand , Chief, Air Force DIMHRS Program Office, US Air Foce/A1X-D

Mr. Jeffrey  Farrand is the functional manager for AF Integrated Personnel and Pay.  He and his team lead the Air Force efforts to deliver a modern, reliable and effective solution for personnel management and compensation.  Mr Farrand has 25 years of experience working with DoD human resources IT for both military and civilian applications.  His background includes IT acquisition, deployment and operations at the AF headquarters, major command and field levels.  A former director of the AF Personnel Operations Agency, he is a certified enterprise architect and network engineer.  Mr Farrand currently lives in Arlington, VA (but will relocate to Hawaii or Germany upon request).
