Ms. Debra S. Del Mar, is Managing Partner of Vanguard Advisors, LLC. Vanguard Advisors LLC serves an elite group of industry firms who support the DoD and Federal Civilian agencies’ objectives of improving performance and readiness in the areas of financial management and business transformation. As the managing partner, Ms. Del Mar provides creativity, in-depth experience, and proven business strategies that enable our clients to realize aggressive growth through the achievement of rapid results, operational improvements, and return on investment for their government customers. Her recent major accomplishments include:

  • 2006 award of DoD’s US Army Corps of Engineer’s Financial Audit;
  • 2006 award of DFAS Enterprise Risk Management Program;
  • 2005 award of USAF Financial ERP and USAF Logistics ERP Solutions;
  • 2005 award of the $997M DODIG MAC 0086 DoD Audit BPA;
  • 2004 award of the $87M DFAS Desktop Mgt Contract; 2004 awards of DoD OIG DISA and DBMS SAS70s.

Debra's previous employment at American Management Systems, Inc. (AMS) included:
